Brunch at Tinuno in Toronto, Canada

Actually our real last meal was amazing.  Almost forgot about going to Tinuno, a filipino spot that had all you can eat kamayan (eat with our hands) for less than $15 per person.  An insane value and SO good and quick.  This was maybe my favorite meal of the whole trip.  We ate everything and I felt decent afterwards.

Breakfast from What a Bagel in Toronto, Canada

Our last meal was unfortunately horrendous.  There is one thing Canada does NOT know how to do and that is bagels.  These bagels lacked taste, chew, flavor, and toppings!  Look at the stingy topping spreading.  Seriously a shame

Looked like it could be okay

They put butter on one side and jelly on the other side.  WTF

Barely any cream cheese

Honestly terrible

Dinner at Khao San Road in Toronto, Canada

We had been trying to go to Pai for awhile for Thai, but the line was always insanely long.  Thankfully we were able to go to Khao San Road, which was super delicious, had a cool vibe, and NO WAIT!  Food kind of knocked us out though so didn't end up going out, but that was totally fine since it was nice to just chill out.  Recommend for Thai food whether or not you get can into Pai.
Crispy Rice Salad - deep-fried seasoned rice, ginger, cilantro, fresh roasted peanuts, scallions, spicy khao yum sauce . This was delicious but HUGE. Literally entree size

Pad Gra Prao with chicken - red bell pepper, onion, garlic, fresh green chili, holy basil, served with fried egg, served on rice

Khao Soi - egg noodles, golden curry, coconut milk, crispy noodles, scallions, coriander, lime

Snack from Ding Dong Pastries in Toronto, Canada

While walking back to the hotel through Chinatown, saw signs for insanely cheap pastries at a chinese bakery.  I think I got all this for less than $3.  They were all fine, not the best, but considering how cheap it all was, I was very impressed.
Egg tarts weren't sweet

Bbq pork bun and curry puff

Inside of the bbq bun.  Decent amount of pork inside

Curry puff had great flavor but not a ton of filling. Outside was sweet, which kind of a mind f*ck

Donuts from Dipped in Toronto, Canada

We walked through another market - Kensington Market.  It had a lot of outdoor spots, both food and other vendors.  These donuts were SOOO good but the place had no seating so we just sat on some random street corner and gobbled these up.
Dan's giant apple fritter

My incredible VEGAN (wtf) pistachio yeast donut.  Soooo good

Dim Sum at Rol San in Toronto, Canada

I wanted to eat in Chinatown so we went to Rol San for dim sum breakfast.  Happy to note it was an authentic and incredibly delicious experience.  Hard to get water, wait staff was gruff, but food was cheap and incredibly good.  One of the best dim sums either of us ever have had anywhere.  Definitely recommend if you're in Toronto!  Just don't expect anyone to be nice to you or give you water right away haha
Insanely large soup dumpling

A whole f-ing stew in there haha

Ginmormous squid tentacles.  The batter was also slightly sweet which was interesing

Wonderful shrimp dumplings

Giant shu mai.  LOVED

Scallion pancakes were on point.  We got full quickly

Breakfast at Tim Horton's in Toronto, Canada

We went to Tim Horton's because Canada, eh!  Also they had a beyond sausage breakfast sandwich that Dan wanted to try.  This was right before dim sum so didn't want to overeat haha but a nice start to the day.
Iced coffee and two timbits (ie. munchkins)

Beyond sausage breakfast sammie and fries (because they ran out of hash browns)
