Dinner at 9 Roses Cafe in New Orleans, LA

Dan and I were looking for something lighter and some different flavors than we had been eating, so decided to get Vietnamese food for dinner.  There are apparently a lot of Vietnamese people in the NOLA area.  We ended up getting some delicious authentic Vietnamese food in the French Quarter.  It was very inexpensive, large portions, and oh so delicious.  As good as any Vietnamese we've had in the NY/NJ area.  Also not crowded at all so we had great service.  There are areas with more Vietnamese restaurants all together but this is a great option if you are in the French Quarter and feeling like Vietnamese food
Braised Pork Belly steam buns.  Solid

Grilled Shrimp Spring Rolls.  Some of the best I've had

Delicious pho.  Can't remember what protein Dan got but great flavor

Vermicelli (bun) with grilled chicken.  Nice and light and still filling

Bun all mixed up.  Looks so healthy doesn't it
