Dan felt like french food (particularly steak) so we hit up Bistro La Source. We sat outside, which was nice because lots of pups were dining there. The service was a bit slow, but overall our meal was good, minus the pate which tasted more like glue/paste than pate.

Special appetizer with softshell crab, cherry tomatoes and corn. Delicious and summer at its best |

Homemade pate of duck liver and foie gras with toast rounds. The portion was huge but so cold and didn't taste good. It was very grainy and just left a taste in our mouth that neither of us enjoyed. |

Mediterranean seafood stew with clams, mussels, calamari, cod, sea scallops, tomato and garlic saffron broth. Delicious and pretty light. Similar to a bouillabaisse or choppino. Love seafood. |

Dan got the filet with morel mushroom sause, spinach, and fingerling potatoes. Very tasty and good portion size. We also got a side of fries, both for his steak and my stew |
