Dan (with a little help from me) took a stab at making seafood paella. I had purchased a paella pan from Home Goods but it started smoking shortly after we turned the stove on :-O So we had to use the regular sautee pan. The paella came out decently. The rice could have been cooked a little more but the flavors were good.
