On our last day in Maui, we went to nearby Piko Cafe for breakfast. A very clean, modern place. The service got slow as it got busier, but everyone agreed that the mochiko chicken was the best chicken any of us had had on the island. It wasn't deep fried like is typical, but had a nice caramelized crust and made you almost feel healthy. I easily could've eaten aw hole other plate of it. Felt a little aggressive for breakfast, but post-wedding, it was just what I needed.

| One of my fav meals of the whole trip. Great crust on the chicken and perfectly cooked. Mac salad was great and not too mayo-y and the rice had the right amount of moisture. Even the shredded cabbage worked well |
