Dinner at Minado in Portland, ME

For dinner, Dan and I had omakase (but not sushi, regular food) at this amazing Japanese restaurant on this street full of awesome breweries, distilleries, and other restaurants.  We got to sit right by the chefs so we got to watch them prep, and ended up getting seated next to a NJ chef who is going to be on the next season of Top Chef!  So crazy!  The meal itself was incredible - so much deliciousness and reasonably priced.  Definitely a place to visit if you are in Portland.  Plan on coming back the next time we're in town for sure.
