One of the two reservations I made for our Charleston trip was Magnolia's for bruch. Great Southern food, excellent service, but definitely more of a bargain for brunch than dinner with a similar menu. Loved everything we ate but we were sooo full after that we food coma-ed hard.

Ham Cracklin Biscuits with blueberry jam |

Not your typical biscuit. More like thick cornbread. Great with the savoryness of the ham and sweetness of the jam |
 |
Bread and butter |

Dan got the Low Country Benedict - pimiento cheese grits, English muffins, country ham, fried green tomatoes, eggs, blue crab rémoulade |
 |
I got the Parmesan Crusted Market Catch - creek shrimp & jasmine rice pirloo, warm asparagus, sweet corn & tomato salad, citrus beurre blanc. Forgot what the catch was but everything was awesome and fresh and very filling but not so heavy |

Everything all mixed up |
