Another lunch with the 'rents at Nha Trang Place. I have not been to that many different Vietnamese restaurants, but this one is always solid. I was adventurous and got something new today - neither pho or beef cubes. I actually really enjoyed what I got and had plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.

| Grilled beef & spring roll w/sesame seasoned lettuce on rice vermicelli - this was my first time ordering it. I was apprehensive about the noodles but they came with a bowl of fish sauce so it made it much more juicy vs. dry. I also enjoyed the peanuts on top. Great touch. |
