Home-made oven fried chicken

We wanted to eat fried chicken but didn't want to feel disgusting or greasy.  We googled various recipes where people coated the chicken in baking soda and flour and basically oven fried it without frying at all.  It came out pretty nice and crisp and then we coated it in Franks, and served with potato wedges and broccoli.  Pretty successful and much healthier than deep frying.
