Breakfast from Bingo Deli in NYC

I picked up a breakfast sandwich from a spot by work, as I'd been intrigued after seeing this place on instagram because they put hash browns inside the sandwich.  I got a bacon egg and cheese with the hash brown, and oddly it seemed to lack salt/flavor.  I don't know exactly why but it sort of just was ehh, which was disappointing because it looked sooo good.
