Home-made gluten-free pasta with chicken and fiddlehead ferns

We walked through Eataly after going to the Filipino day parade and picked up some gluten-free tagliatelle plus fiddlehead ferns, which are crazy expensive.  Dan cooked up some chicken and tossed the pasta and ferns with it in a butter cheese sauce.  Delicious and super fresh tasting.
