We were walking around the Old Town in San Sebastian when it started pouring! Most places were packed but we finally found a comfortable place to have lunch at Casa Alcalde. We had a delicious lunch of tapas and sandwiches. Why Spanish sandwiches aren't popular in America is a mystery to me. Our calamares bocadillo was amazinggg.

Calamares bocadillo . best calamari sandwich I've had. I loved how there were thick strips instead of rings. Better use of surface area of the bread. Dan also loved it. I didn't even mind the mayo. I like to think it was just aioli haha |
