Home-made Miso Udon soup with shrimp and broccoli

Found a fun, healthy recipe online for miso soup with udon noodles.  Added some shrimp, broccoli, tofu, and scallions and had a nice hearty meal.  I suppose you could really throw whatever you want in there as long as you add the miso ginger mixture to the chicken stock.  Lasted for two meals and each time we were pretty full.
