Lunch at Momofuku Noodle Bar in NYC

Risheen and I went to Momofuku on a very cold winter day.  Even though we were there almost at opening, it was packed and had to wait a few minutes.  Ramen was delish thought not that memorable.  The bun was interesting but texture of meat was a little less than desirable.  Great flavors, just the texture made it like a crispy spam which I was surprised by.
Al Pastor Bun –  pineapple, avocado, cilantro 

Momofuku Ramen - pork belly, pork shoulder, poached egg
