Dan and I felt like ramen but didn't want to wait a long time, or pay an arm and leg, so we decided to go to Miso Ramen. Whenever we got we never have to wait, and are in and out within less than an hour, with plenty of leftovers. Their buns are great too, and they're BYOB so dinner is always affordable. Plus you can hear each other, unlike our other go-to ramen spot.

Kalbi Ramen - Kalbi beef, sesame, chilli pepper spice, menma (bamboo shoots) mushroom, scallions, black garlic oil, nitamago (soft-boiled seasoned egg). Not too spicy and great beef flavor |

Chicken and veggies for Dan's ramen |

Sliced chicken, sesame, menma (bamboo shoots) mushroom, scallions, black garlic oil, nitamago (soft-boiled seasoned egg). So comforting and delicious. I think I actually liked Dan's ramen more than mine :-O |
