We were in the mood for pasta so went to Pasta Dal Cuore, which we both think is the best pasta in JC. We ordered two new things so slowly making our way through the menu. Some of their menu items are so good though (ie. carbonara) that it's tough not to order it everytime.

Prosciutto di Parma. I ordered this and it was delicious but richer than I thought the sauce would be. I wish there was a little bit more prosciutto but an excellent dish. Loved the filling plus the peas |
