Brunch at Pasta dal Cuore in Jersey City, NJ

The 'rents, Dan and I went to Pasta dal Cuore for lunch.  It had been awhile since we been there so was pleased to learn the menu  was changed, as it does seasonally.  Everything was delicious as usual.  Their pasta is definitely the best in JC and since they're byob, always affordable.

Can't remember what pasta it was, something special, with pesto and no meat

Linguine di Spinaci all'Amatriciana - pinach linguine in the classic roman sauce, with pancetta caramelized onion, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, Pecorino. So delicious I liked the plate clean
