Dinner at Rodney Scott's BBQ in Charleston, SC

After we went to a distillery, Dan and I went to Rodney Scott's BBQ for dinner.  We went on the early side so didn't have to wait.  The ribs are what they're known for and they were awesome, as were the homemade pork rinds that we ate later on.  Definitely a great place for BBQ in the Charleston area.
You know a bbq place is legit when they have pork rinds in zip loc bags

The whole spread.  Ribs, pulled pork, collard greens, potato salad and white bread

Massive ribs and pulled pork.  Ribs had a great caramelized crust and were super meaty and tender

I didn't love the pulled pork since Carolina bbq is very vinegar-y and not sweet at all

Didn't love the potato salad either but the collard greens were great

Great acidity and was a nice compliment to the meat
