Dinner at Husk Restaurant in Charleston, SC

Husk was the other reservation that Dan and I had before coming to Charleston.  We've been wanting to come for a long time and it was a wonderful dinner.  The prices were not so bad considering the quality.  We didn't order that much to drink so it was very manageable. Unfortunately we weren't able to have fried chicken because it wasn't on the menu, but everything we had was delicious.

Bread and butter.  Bread was warm and soft.  Butter I think had some meat fat.  Insane

Kentuckyaki Pig Ear Lettuce Wraps, Sweet Vinegar Cucumber and Red Onion, Smoked Togarishi.  Soo much intense flavor.  Tasted light but the crispy ear was an incredibly texture

Confit Duck Leg, Pan Fried Cabbage, Sugar Snaps and Snow Peas, Shitake, Country Ham XO Sauce.  Great flavor and super tender duck

Carolina Heritage Pork, Charred SC Broccoli, Benton's Bacon, Sweet Peppers,  Sea Island Red Pea Gravy - Dan got this and loved it

Menu of the day.  Changes every day
