Home-made tilapia, roasted veggies, quinoa and brown rice
After such a rich dinner at Orale, we figured we needed to lighten up and have a healthy dinner. We roasted asparagus, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, and head of garlic in the oven with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Then Dan cooked the fish on the stove with some olive oil and garlic, and I prepared the quinoa and brown rice. A very filling and healthy meal.
