Post Eataly decided to have pasta Filipino-style. Dan also sauteeded the fiddlehead ferns that I bought from Eataly with some garlic and butter, a tried and true combo. Everything was tasty though obvi not quite as good as the pasta I had at Eataly. The cheese (tallegio) and prosciutto I bought at Eataly were a great appetizer, though I think I overdid it a little on the cheese ha.
