We went to a bar near out hotel in Barca, that we later found out was a chain. However, it was one of my fav tapas experiences throughout. They had delicious sangria on tap, and all of the little pintxos were decipherable. They also had my fav pintxo of the trip, mashed paprika potato with charred octopus. It was also relatively cheap and they counted each pintxo by toothpick size, which is fun.
