Home-made brunch

Here are two sets of home-made meals, one by my Dad, so filipino style.  The second dishes Dan and I prepared.  Stark contrast, though both delicious.

Steamed taro, mango, shrimp, steak, and fried tilapia

Fried tilapia, string beans lumpia, and sinagang (tamarind soup)

Mozz, tomato, and cherry tomato skewers

Paleo and gluten-free eggs benedict over spinach, sweet potato, and ham hash.  I made the hash and Dan did the hollandaise (from scratch) and poached eggs
