Home-made carrot cake cupcakes

We had a lot of carrots so I decided to make carrot cake cupcakes.  I also used some pastry bag skills for icing.  Unfortunately it got a little messy so I only iced a couple of them prettily.  I just need to find a better method, but fortunately they were all still delicious and not bad looking.
