Home-made pasta

A combined post.  Dan took on making L'artusi's Spaghetti Aglio y Olio.  It was amazing and very close to their version minus not using fresh pasta.  We were going to but realized we did not, in fact, have a pasta attachment for our Kitchen Aid.  It came out amazingly and again, meatless.

Second post is semi-home made tortellini.  We got some spinach and ricotta filled tortellini and Dan made home-made brown butter sauce.  It was a little sweet but still well done.

Spaghetti with garlic, olive oil, chives, toasted bread crumbs.  Soo yum
