Dessert from Island Cream Co. in Lahaina, Maui, HI

We decided to grab some pseudo-ice cream from a place near the hotel.  Apparently island cream is a trademarked different dessert - a little bit gelato, a little bit ice cream.  Delicious!  I'm so missing all things mac nut.
