Dan and I drove quite a way to get to Geste Shrimp Truck, which is known for their shrimp similar to the food trucks on the North Shore in Oahu. The line wasn't long to order, but we waited a long time (at least 30 mins, longer than the 15-20 min estimate given) for the actual food. Shrimp was super good - great garlic butter flavor as we got scampi. I just don't quite know if it was worth suchhh a long wait.
