Home-made Ensalada Campera

We went to Fairway for the first time and both fell in love with this supermarket!  Picked up some inexpensive ($4.99!) tuna fillets in olive oil and decided to make my fav salad - Ensalada Campera which is probably the same thing as Salad Nicoise.  Basically tuna fillets, greens, boiled potatoes, tomatoes, capers, green beans, hard boiled egg, and anything else you want to throw on it.  We got some delicious authentic balsamic.  Real balsamic with grape must.  It was divine and as good as any salad of this sort we've had at a restaurant.  Pretty pleased with myself.
