Dinner at Madame Vo in NYC

Nicole and I went to Madame Vo for some delicious Vietnamese food.  It's a pretty new spot but had some great reviews.  The food was delicious and huge portions.  The pho especially was worth coming back for.  You can get it with a huge short rib.  Meat fell off the bone and was ginormous.  The broth was incredible.  There were lots of dishes we were deciding between but tried to be prudent since we knew the pho itself would be a challenge.  Definitely a place I'd come back to.
Madame wings - chicken wings caramelized in a garlic fish sauce . Great flavor and much bigger portion than I thought. Kind of started getting full after this

Vermicelli bowl with shrimp.  Delish and light as vermicelli should be

The Madame Pho - beef broth simmered for 24 hours, rice noodles, angus certified brisket, eye round, bone marrow, meat balls AND GIANT SHORT RIB (only $5 more)
