Home-made oatmeal chocolate chip walnut cookies

My and Dan's favorite cookies - oatmeal chocolate chip walnut cookies.  The walnuts are provided by my mother-in-law, who coats them in coconut oil and dries in a special contraption.  They are sooo good I have to make extra ones without chocolate and nuts for the pups.
