Home-made Cajun shrimp, brussel sprouts, & quinoa with brown rice

Another healthy and delicious meal, this time centering on shrimp.  I prepared them cajun-style and Dan made the brussel sprouts with turkey bacon.  Plus the usual quinoa and brown rice combo, and we had a very tasty, filling yet not overpowering meal.  I seriously love frozen shrimp.  I think it's the best frozen protein to have in stock in case of food emergency because it's super easy to defrost and even easier and quicker to cook.
