Lunch at Boudin's Bakery in San Francisco, CA

My series of San Francisco blogs begins now!  We started off at Boudin's Bakery and ended there as well, because I have learned that SF is renown for its sourdough.  The bread was def the best sourdough I've ever had.  Had the right amount of tang, soft yet chewy.  Great both as a sandwich base, also as a bread bowl, and just grabbing some off and eating with butter or straight up.  We did bring some back to Jersey but it's a tad hard :(

Itailan sandwich I think?

Clam chower in bread bowl.  BEST SOUP IN BOWL EVER

Half a crabcake sammie with lettuce, tomato, and avocado.  WHY DO PEOPLE EVER PUT MAYO ON SANDWICHES, ESP. IF THERE IS AVOCADO?  WHY?

Half a shrimp salad sammie.  Pretty good since the mayo was super light
