Dinner at Puesto in San Diego, CA

We had dinner at Puesto at the Headquarters in San Diego.  We were all pretty stuffed from lunch so we shared a bunch of plates so that not everyone got an entree.  Well done tacos though honestly so full it was hard to fully enjoy it.
Crudite - fresh veggies (carrot, radish, jicama, cucumber, chamoy) with creamy cilantro 

Baja Fish Tacos - beer battered wild cod, shredded cabbage, avocado, chile crema, and tomatillo roja

Potato and Soy Chorizo Taco (crispy melted cheese, hibiscus and chipotle tinga, avocado and tomatillo roja); Chicken Verde Taco (crispy melted cheese, jalapeno tomatillo salsa, caramelized onion, and serrano tinga verde, avocado, and cilantro); and Zucchini and Cactus Taco (crispy melted cheese, calabasitas of zucchini, corn & tomato, cactus, avocado, and cilantro-tomatillo)

Carnitas Taco (braised pork, guacamole, and tomatillo fresca) and two Filet Mignon Tacos (crispy melted cheese, avocado, spicy pistachio jalapeno)
