Finally made it to Senor Sisig! Started from a food truck now there are several and brick and mortar shop! I realized Flip Sigi is similar to this and was likely inspired by them. Everything was SO good and large portions. Wish we had more time in SF because there's so much more on the menu I want to try.
Fresh calamansi juice is the BEST
Sisig Crunch-a-Dilla: pork sisig, monterey jack cheese, pico de gallo, lettuce, sour cream and guacamole layered with a crispy tostada and wrapped in a grilled flour tortilla. Served with a side of spicy nacho cheese and topped w/pickled jalapenos
Tosilog Burrito - Filipino Sweet Pork, adobo garlic rice,
fresh tomatoes and a fried egg. This was EVERYTHING; I was sooo happy but could only get through half
