Home-made Sisig Pork Belly and Pineapple Fried Rice

 Dan had gotten my an Om-Som started pack, which has a variety of Asian dressings/sauces/marinades that you can use on proteins.  I used the sisig one on some pork belly, and also made pineapple fried rice.  The rice was great, and the pork belly was good but the sauce as a LOT and I think it didn't translate quite the same since I cooked the pork belly not on the grill.
