Dinner at Herb Saint in New Orleans, LA

 I didn't make too many reservations in NOLA, but one that I did make was Herb Saint, which is part of the restaurant group that runs Cochon, Cochon Butcher, and Peche (where we ate another night).  The service was excellent, as was all the food and drink.  A little more formal than other spots, but glad we tried it.  It was also within walking distance of our hotel, which was nice to work off some of those calories.


Louisiana shrimp and fish ceviche with cucumbers and pepitas

Housemade spaghetti with guanciale and fried-poached farm egg.  I had seen this on IG and thought we had to get it

Super rich!  The egg deep fried was everything

Chicken dish over crawfish

We got some kind of bread pudding for dessert which was delish
