Home-made Tortilla Espanola

Dan took a stab at making a tortilla espanola - Spanish-style omelet with potatoes.  Because he was being nice to me, he did it without onions.  It was a solid though lacked a bit of the height that most tortillas have.  Great first attempt though, definitely nailed the flavor profile.
