Lunch at Mojito's in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico

Our first meal in San Juan, PR was at a place recommended by our taxi driver, Mojito's.  Obviously since we were there we had to try the mojitos, which were delicious and 100x better than anyone I've had before.  Food was also delicious but made it tough to start of the trip with such excellent food.  We were soo full we had to go lighter for dinner ha.
Beautiful delicious giant mojitos

Fried cheese with guava sauce - something I never had heard of it but was amazing!  Perfect combo.  The cheese texture was thick almost like paneer.  But lightly fried and mildly salty and went perfectly with the guava sauce.  Realized later this is a common snack in PR

Mofongo with ropa vieja.  Bomb.com
Lunch special (like $8?) of pernil with yellow rice and pigeon peas.  Delicious.  Not the best pernil of my life but very good start

Inside of the mofongo.  It was huge and super filling
