Brunch at Skinner's Loft in Jersey City, NJ

On a rainy Saturday we went to Skinner's Loft in JC for brunch.  Food was speedy, not too pricy, and good though not extraordinarily memorable.  I do love their complimentary bread basket to start especially when you're starving like I was.

Dan got Eggs Florentine - poached eggs over housemade buttermilk bisuits, smoke salmon, sauteed spinach and hollandaise sauce, with side of home fries

My Steak and Egg Tostada - fried eggs, black beans, avocado, sharp cheddar, and tomatillo salsa

Messy but delicious and not too salty
