Carlitos had a pork belly special for brunch so we got some pork belly tacos. This is the one and only place we've eaten at, but I really don't know if I even count it as it was an impromptu decision to sit outside to avoid upsetting the dogs, there was literally no one who walked by, and we were in and out in like 15 minutes max. The pork belly itself was okay, not as good as their brisket or other regular meats. Dan thought it wasn't quite cooked enough because the skin was hard. I tend to agree, but I appreciate the effort in trying new meats.
