I realized that Red White and Que was back on Uber Eats, so we decided to order some BBQ given it was Memorial Day Weekend and we were by ourselves with no grill access (you can see how behind I am on posting!). The food was a little less good, I think because we waited a few hours until dinner time to eat. There's something about eating the bbq fresh that definitely makes it better. It's still a great joint, and the prices are affordable for the quality of food. Now we have our own grill finally though so less of a need to order.
Country style potato salad (single) - too much mayo for me but Dan enjoyed it
1/2 pound carolina pulled pork - was a little dried out from the oven but still great flavor
1/2 pound brisket and 1/2 pound smoked chicken wings
The brisket is always my fav
The wings were excellent too
Everything we ordered, included vinegar cole slaw and mac and cheese. Total $36, which is a steal for this much BBQ
