Home-made vegan shepherd's pie

 We've been using a lot of plant protein as meat substitutes.  Not because we're giving up meat, but mostly to try something different and slightly healthier (cholesterol wise.  I think calorically these plant subs are pretty similar).  We made a delicious shepherd's pie using impossible meat, and also another time using beyond ground meat  My opinion is impossible works better as has a milder flavor.  The beyond meat taste smoky, so I think it's better in chili.  But both were still delicious.  These photos I believe are of impossible meat.
