Thankfully we had a few months in JC to enjoy Bob White Counter - a southern, fast casual spot with incredible changing sides. Their biscuits are some of the best either of us have ever had, and in the beginning they had lots of amazing southern style foods like ribs and gratin potatoes. Their chicken is also delicious! Like KFC original recipe but better. Definitely worth going if you are in downtown JC. Their app is great too - you can just order, even for a specific time, and pick up. They also have a points system so over time I got lots of things for free :)
