One of my go-to recipes is salmon patties. It's super easy to make, pseudo-healthy since you're eating fish instead of meat, and can be accompanied in endless ways. This is recipe I've used for years. I prefer getting the salmon from Trader Joe's because they have a boneless, skinless, no sodium version. I use two cans since they come in smaller sizes. This is what it looks like. Obviously recommend going to TJ's since the prices are inflated on Amazon.
