Dinner at Madame Vo in NYC

I took Dan to Madame Vo and we had an incredible meaty meal.  We maybe over ordered, but I regret nothing.  The short rib pho was just as good as I remembered, and everything else was incredible too.  Highly recommend this place if you're in the mood for impeccably done Vietnamese food in NYC.

Bo Luc Lac - Seared ribeye on a sizzling platter with scallions and a fried egg..  Perfectly cooked and tender

Madame Platter - Grilled chicken, sugarcane shrimp, grilled pork, honey glazed pork & fried spring rolls over banh hoi noodles served with rice paper & topped with peanuts served with fish sauce..  This was sooo good but soo much food.  Why did we order so much LOL

The Madame Pho - Beef broth simmered for 24 hours with rice noodles, topped with cilantro and short rib.  Always add on the short rib

Garlic noodles at the bottom - Rice noodles stir fired with eggs, shrimp, scallions, and garlic.. If I had to eliminate something, I would say that wasn't a necessary dish, but still it was delicious
