Since I'm not Korean, not sure if the proper term is gimbap or kimbap, but we've been very into H-mart during this quarantine, and also watching youtube videos from this Korean guy who cooks excellent Korean comfort food at home. We bought radish from H-mart and already had everything else, so made our own spam gimbap/kimbap and it came out pretty excellent if I do so say so myself. Pretty easy to do but the final product was great. We realized after the fact that we forgot to cook an egg but it was still delish.
