We found a recipe for two for chicken curry. I helped a little but Dan did most of the work. We supplemented with Whole Foods samosas, Trader Joe's garlic naan, and white rice. The chicken curry itself was tasty but didn't have the zing (ie. spice) that most authentic Indian dishes have. It was a bit reminiscent of Dan's gumbo/jambalaya, with a slightly different spice palate. Not bad, but I don't think America's Test Kitchen is quite on point w/their ethnic dishes.
