We found an easy recipe for home-made tortillas, and given the baking/cooking kick we were on, decided to go for it and make our own tortillas. We also have lots of bacon fat saved in the fridge, so what better use than this. They ended up having good flavor but were a little thick. Next time we'll have to roll them out thinner.
Clearly home-made as they are misshapen lol. We made seitan chorizo, yellow rice and black beans, plus green sauce
