Here is one baking fail. I'm not sure what happened, but I tried making buckwheat rolls (my first time really trying to bake bread besides banana bread). The ended up being pretty hard, though had nice flavor. Maybe I'll try again, because texture wise was soo different from the photos of this recipe. I definitely think I made a mistake, but not sure what.
