More quarantine baking! Found this super easy chocolate cake recipe, which will make you want to forego the boxed chocolate cake in the grocery store. It turned out super moist and the perfect level of sweetness. I then used the same recipe, minus the cocoa and with extra vanilla extract to make a white cake for strawberry shortcake with fresh whipped cream. That was surprisingly excellent too. No more boxed cakes! I also halved the recipe each time since I was just baking for the two of us.
